Really good experience with this company. They responded quickly to my enquiry, arranged a visit without any hassle, and were very professional throughout. The quote provided was clear, detailed and gave a few different options which was really helpful when deciding what to go for. Communication was great and they were friendly, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend getting in touch with them if you’re looking into air conditioning.

Got to say thank you to all at Cutts refrigeration. Was looking to get my Air conditioner unit fixed and couldn’t find anyone willing to even look at it. Cutts were really helpful, let me know how long it would take to inspect/repair and rough costing. If I have any issues in the future will definitely come back to Cutts to get fixed.

Used Cutts Refridgeration for approx 30yrs without fault....superb. Since Ali sold the business to the current owner 5 times different staff members have promised to come out to emergencies and have failed to do so. If you have high value products and rely upon service do not trust Cutts Refridgeration....as all they will do is waste your time and money.
