Would NOT recommend this company! I brought a mixer from this company with a 12 month warranty on it. The planetary Mixer broke under warranty back in April (brought in July the year before) and the company hung me on a string over it being fixed because it was 2 months away from the warranty expiring. I sent all proof/videos etc out to show the issues and he lied and said he'd booked the part to be delivered and an engineer to come out. What a refreshing change to receive such a professional service from the initial phone enquiry through to Simon (owner) coming out same day to access our requirements. Old oven taken away to be fixed and new oven delivered by 10am as promised by a friendly team member who helped with lifting lifting up to the first floor kitchen.
