Bluebird are a great support to our manufacturing Company. We have high profile Customers around the world and work with short lead times, aiming to achieve 100% Customer satisfaction so process uptime is critical. Bluebird were called out to a faulty process chiller (7th Jan '26), and were able to arrive the same day and investigate. They found the issue and returned back to site with a new part on the 8th Jan. The process was then fully operational and enabled us to produce parts again - thank you! I only wished that all suppliers to us were as dynamic as Bluebird!

Bad customer service from call centre . From start to finish , they don’t even ring the customers to book in with us the customers as they say they don’t get a admin fee to ring to book an appointment. As when chased up for when my a original & recall Job engineer is coming ? today (yesterday)with out me even knowing 🤷♂️Mind reader now am I . Recall job didn’t even count as an emergency over the weekend either 6 days without a working bar fridge . Engineers never on time and when they do turn up don’t like doing anything or even ringing ahead to let customers know a eta , 1st visit he was

Rubbish service and rubbish products stay away from them. I had my freezer fitted in April which was meant to be a brand new product which isn't working at all!
